On the 30th of March, 2018, the grand opening ceremony of China Merchants Shekou Nursing Home managed by China Merchants Colisee is held. It is the first senior care project of China Merchants Shekou in Shenzhen for its Health industry. Many of the management like Mr. LIAO Yuanfei, the director of Civil Affairs Bureau, Mr. LIU Wei, the executive vice general manager of China Merchants Shekou, Mr. ZHANG Lin, the vice general manager of China Merchants Shekou, Mr. Olivier DESSAJAN, the general manger of China Merchants Colisee, were present at the opening celebration, which means the official start of Shenzhen international elder care service. Shekou Nursing Home has already got the license, the first for-profit senior care company license, which has filled in the blank of Shenzhen high level senior care market.
In the afternoon, over 50 elder visitors from the communities around, and experts in medical care system have visited the nursing home. During communication, the nursing home director, Ms. Meng Li, gave detailed introductions for the project and French style senior care service ideas, and guided the visitors to see different areas of each floor. In the following interaction activity, the visitors showed their acceptance of international idea for senior care and some of them expressed their willing to live inside to experience the actual service.
